Damon Bundy

Damon was fortunate to have grown up on Lake Columbia and learned to ski at the age of 8. He helped operate a ski school in Texas during his college years and was sponsored by Supra Boats. He later returned to Michigan and ran the ski school on Pine Lake in Oakland County offering instruction in course skiing and barefooting. He still is passionate about slalom skiing and chasing buoys on a local ski site.
Andrew Ladjziak
Sales Manager
Andrew has the gift of totaling focusing on helping each customer get the most appropriate boat(s) and equipment for their particular boating lifestyle. He makes the Investment in Family Fun process pleasant and rewarding. He too is passionate about watersports and began wake boarding at the age of 9. He provides Clark Lake residents and visitors with a high-flying show every time he puts on his wake board. He has helped many develop their riding and surfing skills and is happiest when he sees his clients boating with their families and friends enjoying time together.
Eli Schiel
Sales
Eli Schiel joined the Boater’s Choice Marine team in February 2023, bringing with him a lifelong passion for boating and a strong connection to the Brooklyn, Michigan community. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Eli now lives on Vineyard Lake, where he spent most of his younger years on the water. Those early experiences helped shape his love for boating and continue to influence the work he does today.
Eli enjoys spending time with friends and family on the lake, but his favorite moments are the peaceful evening cruises where he can take a slow lap and unwind. Known around the dealership for his great sense of humor, Eli prides himself on building genuine relationships and getting to know each customer’s unique boating needs.
In addition to assisting customers, Eli plays an important role behind the scenes. He helps keep our website up to date, taking high-quality photos and videos of incoming inventory. He also assists with unloading new boats, maintaining showroom models, and ensuring batteries are charged and ready for operation.
Whether he’s helping a customer, updating the showroom, or capturing the perfect shot of a new arrival, Eli is always ready to step in wherever he’s needed. His dedication, energy, and love for boating make him a valued part of the Boater’s Choice Marine team."
Pam Watson
Customer Relations
Originally from Toledo, Ohio, Pam Watson now calls Grass Lake, Michigan home. She joined Boater’s Choice Marine in September 2021, bringing with her an extensive background in the marine and powersports industry, including years of experience with Krupa’s Boat Mart, Holiday Powersports, and Town & Country.
Pam plays a vital role across multiple departments at Boater’s Choice. Her responsibilities include customer relations, assisting the sales team, managing inventory, overseeing accounts receivable, and coordinating spring and summer delivery schedules. Her organizational skills and attention to detail keep the dealership operating smoothly—especially during the fast-paced peak season. Pam takes pride in helping her coworkers stay organized and solving problems before they become roadblocks, ensuring customers receive the highest level of service.
Her introduction to Boater’s Choice was a memorable one: shortly after starting, she took on the enormous task of moving all parts and inventory into the new building in 2021. It was long and exhausting work, but it showcased her dedication from day one.
Pam also enjoys the fun, upbeat atmosphere at the dealership. Outside of work, she spends her time on the water kayaking and fishing on local lakes, She also has a passion for breathing new life into old or distressed furniture, reworking each piece into something refreshed and unique.
Pam’s experience, positive energy, and commitment to teamwork make her an invaluable part of the Boater’s Choice Marine family.
Tyler Martin
Service Manager
Tyler Martin is the Service Sales Manager at Boater’s Choice Marine, where he has been a key part of the team since April 2022. Born and raised in Chelsea, Michigan on Sugarloaf Lake, Tyler’s life has always revolved around the water. Growing up on the lake, he gained firsthand experience caring for family boats and maintaining lake frontage—knowledge that now carries into his professional career.
Tyler began his career in the service industry working at automotive dealerships, where he developed strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach. Today, he applies that experience by keeping Boater’s Choice’s rockstar technicians on task, organizing workflow, and serving as a primary point of contact for customer service and sales communications. His ability to balance efficiency with clear communication helps ensure both the service team and customers have a smooth, positive experience.
Now living on the lake at his own home, Tyler continues to enjoy the boating lifestyle he’s known his entire life. He appreciates many aspects of the marine industry but is especially passionate about personal growth—continually learning how to improve in his role and provide even better service to customers. Tyler believes there is always room to improve and works hard every day to raise the bar.
Outside of work, Tyler is an avid tennis player, a casual slalom skier, and a big fan of stand-up skiing. His dedication, drive to improve, and deep roots in lake life make him a valuable leader within the Boater’s Choice Marine service team.
John Decker

John Decker has been a valued member of the Boater’s Choice Marine team since September 2020. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Michigan, John continues to live in the Brooklyn area and takes great pride in supporting a local business that serves his community.
Known as the ultimate all-around workhorse, John is always ready to take on whatever task is needed. He especially enjoys detailing boats, shrink wrapping, and performing minor gel coat repairs—work that requires patience, precision, and pride in craftsmanship. No matter the job, John approaches every task with a positive attitude and a smile on his face.
In addition to his hands-on work, John is responsible for keeping the shop clean and organized, ensuring technicians can work efficiently without interruptions. His attention to detail and willingness to help wherever needed play a critical role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.
John’s strong work ethic, reliability, and upbeat personality make him an essential part of the Boater’s Choice Marine team.

Rob Martin
Parts Manager
Rob Martin is a Parts Sales Advisor at Boater’s Choice Marine and has been a valued member of the team since May 2020. Originally from Garden City, Michigan, Rob has long had strong ties to the Brooklyn area through his family’s home on Wamplers Lake. Today, he resides on the east shore of Wamplers Lake, fully embracing the lake lifestyle he’s known for most of his life.
With more than 20 years of experience working in the marina industry, Rob brings a deep understanding of boating, parts, and customer needs. He has been boating and enjoying watersports since the age of seven, giving him firsthand knowledge that helps him confidently assist both technicians and customers. In his role, Rob is responsible for sourcing and ordering parts for our service technicians as well as supporting our loyal customers with the right products to keep them on the water.
Rob enjoys many aspects of boating but most appreciates the simple pleasure of relaxing on the water. When he’s not at the lake, he enjoys spending time with his dog, taking walks, and hiking local trails. He takes pride in using his extensive boating experience to help customers solve problems and find the right solutions for their boats.
Rob’s favorite part of working at Boater’s Choice Marine is the family atmosphere, where teamwork and shared passion for boating make every day rewarding.

Renay has been with BC since 1998 when Boater's Choice wasn't even Boater's Choice yet. She does all of our storage and makes sure the books are straight.
Jameson Vinson
Tech
Jameson Vinson is the Head Technician at Boater’s Choice Marine and has been a key part of the team since August 2023. Born and raised on Clarklake, Jameson still calls the lake home, making boating not just his career, but a way of life.
With over 10 years of hands-on experience working on boats, Jameson brings a deep and well-rounded mechanical skill set to the service department. His career has included working on boats locally as well as at marinas on larger bodies of water in Toledo and Charlevoix, where he expanded his expertise across a wide variety of boats, engines, and systems. This diverse background allows him to confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain many different types of vessels.
Jameson’s favorite part of lake life is spending time on the water with friends and enjoying good weather. When he’s not working, he enjoys golfing and hunting. Known for his strong communication skills, Jameson does an excellent job explaining technical information in a way customers can easily understand.
His extensive boating knowledge, mechanical expertise, and ability to connect with customers make Jameson a tremendous asset to the Boater’s Choice Marine team.
